Do Kaanch ke tukde

dikhta hai jo tumhare jahaan mein karkat saa,
kisi ke jahaan ka kiya roshan usney nazaara hoga

aur li tumne gar ye chamak har tukde se,
to bhara roshni se tumhara har kinaara hoga

har raah mein tumhaari bikhraa laakh taara hoga,
kyonki aise tukdon se to bhara jahaan saara hoga

zindagi galat hogi bas chamak se bachne mein,
kyonki aise tukdon se to bhara jahaan saara hoga.

Agar tum mil jaao

Recently I returned from my home. I had to undergo Uretroscopy since I had a stone in my ureter. This was indeed a very thrilling and good experience, and I felt a couple of things I would like to mention.

Your treatment at the hospital is an experience, which indirectly and very nicely teaches u a small but important lesson. When we are being treated at the hospital, we completely submit ourselves to the Doctor and the staff. We let them do whatever they are doing with our bodies, however pain it causes to us, because we know that in the end, there is long term(hopefully) happiness and freedom from pain waiting for us. We don't care about money, spend whatever amount the Doctor asks us to.Also, we submit our mind to him, moulding our eating or other wishes according to his advice. All this because we have faith in the Doctor. And the future.
In the meanwhile, during the treatment, though having submitted fully to Doctor's will, we still have our wisdom and intellect working for us, though guided totally by his advice. When the drip bottle starts to finish, we call the doctor, when the drip channel tries to go off, we know we have to hold it. In short, we do all those things which the doctor has put on us, and let the doctor do whatever he has kept for himself to do, and is out of our hands.

This observation made me think of our conduct when something happens in life against our wish. Though we know that God is supreme, and surely the Best Doctor(Planner), still we don't submit fully to him, and occasionally complain for many things. We do not focus on the work he has handed on to us.
If we can submit to God's will as easily as in case of Doctor, we can have a much more satisfied and happy life.
And all this is not killing our wishes, it is remoulding our wishes in line with his will.

Quite a heavy dose! Had a few other things, but ok, in the next post

Now for some comedy..
In July,my brother showed me one of his comic poems, which goes as:

Pyaar

Saalon se dekhte they usey, lagi rahi lukka chhippi,
par bolte na they kuchh munh se, baandhe rahe chuupi
phir ek din kya hua, apna bheja satak gaya,
jo kuchh dil, me tha, munh se gatak gaya,
tere phool ke intezaar me, tere ghar ki pipe se latak gaya,
maathe par lahu, chehre par ret,
kyunki sajni ne phool fenka gamle samet,
socha, ki is kahaani ka yahin ho jaaye the end,
hosh aaaya, to dard se badan oongh raha tha,
pada tha dustbin me, awara kutta soongh raha tha,
phir le ke gaya municipality ka Truck,
aur kachre me rakha kai ghanton tak,
wo bhi pahunchi kambakht, saath me le raakhi ka dhaaga,
shukr hai khuda ka, dono haathon me tha palastar,
aur uske naapaak iraaadon ne baandh liya bistar,
pyaar uth ta hai jo gar, dil me hi dab jaata hai.
