An email from my HR regarding a course on communication skills (esp email communication):

We are pleased to invite you for the "TalkShop" training scheduled for the 18th & 19th of March, 2009.
The focus of this session is to help the participants improve their communication skills and the session covers a range of communication models that include email communication, presentation skills, managing telephonic conversations, writing technical reports and specifications....
